Booking Process
It’s important to read and understand our booking and payment policies to ensure a smooth and efficient learning experience.
By booking lessons, you agree to follow these guidelines and terms. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
How to Book Lessons
- You must first be registered with [Business Name] before booking lessons.
- Once registered, you can book lessons online or via the [Booking App Name or Portal].
- You will be assigned lesson slots based on availability. These can typically be booked several weeks in advance.
- Further information will be provided during registration.
- Any lessons booked outside of your assigned schedule may be subject to cancellation.
- If you require additional lessons or need to make changes, please email us at [info@companyemail.com].
Important: If you don’t book your assigned slots within your registered timeframe, those slots may be released to other students.
Payment Policies
Paying by Bank Transfer (No Fees)
- Payments via bank transfer are free of charge — no booking or card fees apply.
- Transfers must be completed at least 2 days before attempting to book lessons.
- Your credits will be applied once the payment has been verified.
- To reduce frequent transactions, we recommend using a 10-hour lesson bundle (5 sessions × 2 hours).
Paying by Card (via App)
- Card payments allow you to pay‑as‑you‑go or purchase bundles directly in the app.
- A non‑refundable service fee is applied to card payments by the app provider (not the driving school).
- This fee remains even if the lesson is later refunded
- Please review the refund terms before choosing this method.
Booking with Bank Transfer – Step‑by‑Step
- Ensure you’re listed as Active (not on the Waiting List).
- Open the Total Drive app and go to the “Online Booking” tab on the home screen.
- Enter your contact details and the mobile number registered with your account.
- Select the desired lesson times and add them to your basket.
- Tap the basket icon to proceed to checkout.
- Select “Book using Existing Balance.”
- If your credit shows Zero or the option is missing, wait up to 48 hours after payment or contact your instructor to manually apply your credit.
- Using bank transfer avoids card service and app booking fees.
Paying with Card – Step‑by‑Step
- Open the Total Drive app.
- From the Home screen, tap “Pay for Lesson.”
- Choose either a 10‑hour lesson bundle or pay‑as‑you‑go option.
- Complete your payment.
- Once paid, your credits will automatically appear in your balance, and you may proceed to the Online Booking tab to reserve your preferred slots.
